How Our Competition Works

  • A row of modern, two-story houses with front porches, painted in shades of blue, under a clear blue sky. The houses are situated along a concrete sidewalk with a grassy yard area.

    What is the competition?

We’re hosting a series of competitions offering participants the chance to win a brand-new construction home in Jacksonville—no strings attached.

Win a house through skill, not luck. Submit an idea judged by a blind rubric—no raffle, no lottery. One final score wins.

  • Empty living room and kitchen area in a modern house with wood flooring, white walls, large windows, and a view of a backyard. Part of the bathroom with a marble-tiled shower and toilet is visible on the left.

    Anyone Can Enter

By purchasing an entry, participants could win a high-value home at an extremely low fraction of its market cost.

  • Modern kitchen with white cabinets, marble countertops, and hardwood floors, featuring multiple windows and an island with a black faucet.

    Proceeds from ticket sales

Pay off any remaining debts or obligations, and some will go directly back into our nonprofit to fund the development of free homes for the less fortunate.

  • Empty kitchen with white cabinets, white subway tile backsplash, large windows, and a black faucet over a white sink.

    Anyone Can Win

Your participation helps provide a life-changing home to someone in need or someone looking to build their portfolio to building generational wealth.
